Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Experiences: All appointments and experiences at Body Cravings The Skinxperience are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are able to attend your scheduled appointment before booking or reschedule prior to 24 hours before appointment date. A portion of each sale is donated to helping children in need and thus non refundable. Transferability of Appointments: Appointments are transferable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may transfer it to another date. Please contact us within 24 hours of the original appointment in advance to arrange the transfer. If you no call no show, you forfeit all payments made and the ability to reschedule. Avoid forfeit by cancelling within 24 hours of appointment please. Go to "My Bookings" tab at the top right side of the screen to reschedule.
